AQTİ continues to educate employees of entrepreneurial entities
The Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute (AFSI) conducts regular training sessions for entrepreneurs operating in the field of food safety in our country.
The next training session for employees of entrepreneurial entities on the topic of "Hygiene requirements in the food sector" was organized by AFSI experts.
The training, conducted in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Food Safety," is aimed at providing participants with necessary information for organizing activities of institutions in compliance with legislative and sanitary-hygienic rules.
During the training, employees of entrepreneurial entities were informed in detail about the Law "On Food Safety" and the requirements arising from this Law. Participants were provided with information on the application of hygiene rules during the reception, processing, storage, and transportation of food products in institutions, as well as on hazardous factors, types of contamination, and other related issues.
At the end of the training, which was organized in an interactive format, discussions were held and the participants' level of knowledge on the subject was evaluated
