AQTI starts training for employees of registered companies engaged in the delivery of food products

Azerbaijan Food Safety Institute (AQTI) starts free training for employees of food safety registered companies engaged in transportation and delivery of food products.

The participants will be given detailed information about the rules of transportation and delivery of food products, as well as the tools used during transportation and delivery, their materials and requirements for supplies in the training sessions held by professional specialists at AQTI. Also, the participants of the trainings will be informed about the types and sources of contamination of food products, temperature management, correct selection and use of clean, insulated delivery bags, defects during transportation and delivery, methods of eliminating these defects, and their duties.
