Changes in the import of samples of food supplement

Issued in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 287 dated July 10, 2018 and paragraph 5.5.15 of the Charter of the public legal entity "Analytical Expertise Center" in order to confirm the authenticity of samples of biologically active food additives and prevent further undesirable events In accordance with Order No. 98 of October 27, 2020, in order to import samples of biologically active food additives, applicants must apply to the Analytical Expertise Center with an application letter Annex 1 to this Order. In addition, samples must be taken from the customs authorities in the presence of the Center's inspector and submitted to the Center for examination.
