The meeting with the owners of the registration certificate of the medicinal products was hold in the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health

The meeting on the initiative of the public legal entity “Analytical Expertise Center” (AEM) of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan was organized for the owners of the registration certificate of medicinal products.

At the meeting, Hamid Gurbanov, Head of the Medicines Registration and Expertise Department of AEM, Deputy Director Azer Hasanov, chief specialists Lala Hamidzade and Rufana Usubova, Head of the Legal Department Tamam Hasanova, Chief Legal Advisor Nurana Huseynova, legal advisor Fidan Abbasova, legal advisor Vugar Abdullayev, Head of Pharmaceutical control Department Farid Hasanov, Head of Document Circulation Department Rasim Mehdiyev, Head of “One Window” Sector Matin Ismayilov, Deputy Head of Public Relations and Communication Department Esmira Akbarova, as well as representatives of more than 30 local and foreign companies participated.

At the meeting, the issues mentioned in the application letter dated 02.08.2024 and signed by the representatives of local and foreign companies, as well as “Changes in the rules for submitting documents for the purpose of registration of medicinal products in the Azerbaijan Republic” werediscussed thoroughly. During the meeting, the AEM representatives submitted detailed information to the company representatives about the registration, re-registration and change procedures of medicines.

In the end, the questions of the representatives of local and foreign companies were answered.
