The time for accepting documents for biologically active food products has been changed

In connection with the entry into force of the Rules of “State registration, inclusion in the state register and maintenance of the state register of medicines, medicinal substances and medical devices”, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 18, 2024 No. 345, the process of registration of medical devices has begun.

In order to optimize the current situation and facilitate the work of citizens, documents for biologically active food products (formerly food supplements) are accepted in the Single Window sector (Bir Pəncərə) of Analytical Expertise Center on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from the previous time (10:00 -13:00), has been temporarily changed to 14:30 – 17:00.
